Working in WDW Entertainment
was a fantastical adventure, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made, and has come be a defining
experience in my life. I was ecstatic when I learned I would be friends with Jessie, Chip and Dale. The phone
call that started it all came when my family came to vacation at WDW, so throughout the rest of our
visit, my heart skipped and I squealed a little any time I saw related merchandise. People probably
thought me strange for taking a picture with a toy. Little did they know! |

I visit Chip and Dale a lot at Hollywood & Vine, one of the character dining restaurants, where characters visit you and/or put on a show while you eat. Their glamourous(!) pink and green attire and silly swingdance routines highlight the 1940s theme. |

Perla likes to sign autographs when she’s not busy hemming Cinderella’s dress. |
Hardly anyone knows who Gideon is: he’s the drunken cat in Pinocchio. Since he’s drunk, Gideon can be irresponsible and gets away with almost anything — he’s SO much fun! |

Halloween means special themed constumes in addition to our colonial attire! Goofy and Dale have been turned into zombies after a long night’s work at the Liberty Tree Tavern. Must...find...candied acorns! |
During the holiday season, Mr. Penguin welcomed guests to Spectacle of Lights as he bopped around to Christmas oldies. Oddly, he was always stationed in front of the house with the Star of David. |

Chip and Dale made a special visit to the Give Kids the World Village. This resort accomodates terminally ill children who wish to visit Mickey and friends. They and their families receive the vacation package as a gift of the GKTW organization, which is run through volunteers and sponsors. |
Jessie often greets guests at the Disney-MGM Studios. Some days, the pictures and autographs seem to NEVER end! And who decided to market autographable stuffed animals? |

Every afternoon, the rootinest-tootinest cowgirl marches along near the front of the Stars and Motor Cars Parade. They call me Jessie, the Yodelin’ Cowgirl... |

Zowie Olie likes to dance in the parade, too! |

Rambunctious clowns herald Spectro
Magic, the night-time electric light parade. The one sitting to the right magically conjures up the
glowing words“Spectro Magic” to welcome everyone. But don’t let the deft flourish of his hands
fool you: he must flail his arms and legs about furiously to cast his magic, and he must giggle all
the way through! It’s hard work, and he’s thankful for a seatbelt. |
